Refund policy for public workshops
If for any reason you would need to cancel or reschedule a public workshop, please keep these points in mind:
- For cancellations made 48 hours (2 days) before the workshop begins, a full refund of your deposit is guaranteed.
- For cancellations less than 48 hours before the workshop begins (or in case of no-show) we do not issue refunds.
- If you need to reschedule your workshop, please notify us with at least 48 hours in advance. We will do our best to include you in a workshop on another date at no extra charge.
Refund policy for private workshops
If for any reason you would need to cancel or reschedule a private workshop, please keep these points in mind:
- For cancellations made at least 7 days before the workshop begins, a full refund of your deposit is guaranteed.
- For cancellations less than 7 days before the workshop begins (or in case of no-show) we issue a refund of 50% of the total amount of the workshop.
- For cancellations less than 4 days before the workshop begins (or in case of no-show), we do not issue refunds.
- If you need to reschedule your workshop, please notify us at least 4 days in advance. We will do our best to include you in a workshop on another date at no extra charge.
